CSCI is one of the preeminent structural shell contractors in Florida. We service large production home builders, high-end custom builders, and commercial and industrial general contractors. We operate statewide and have been thriving here in Florida for more than 25 years. At CSCI, we have earned a reputation among a distinguished list of returning clients who demand the best. We innovate, communicate, and are committed to unparalleled Quality, Speed and Safety.
CSCI was founded by Ronald Goldburg and Mark Nuccilli in 1993. As a South Florida shell contractor, the company was almost immediately successful, and while we’ve led the industry in technological advancements and improved construction techniques for almost three decades, the scope of our work then was largely the same as it is today. Through innovation and determination CSCI grew rapidly during its first decade and then explosively during the real estate boom of 2000-2005. In 2001, Ronald Goldburg’s son and current CSCI President and majority owner, Daniel Goldburg, joined the company building on the foundation of profitability and growth the company enjoyed under its founding leaders. Daniel Goldburg has focused the company’s mission on excellence in workmanship, over-delivery to partners and customers and a culture dedicated to the benefit of employees and subcontractors first. Today, CSCI employs 125 team members, with over 1,500 subcontracted workers on its job sites daily, and is completing over 4,000 residential home shells per year.Learn More
CSCI President Daniel Goldburg leads with a focus on two areas; an organizational commitment to a product delivered with Quality, Speed and Safety and a senior management commitment to ensuring a collaborative culture within the company allowing employees to be empowered to succeed. “Our people,” Mr. Goldburg says, “are Honest, Direct and Professional. Success and growth in construction is a function of the people in the field knowing the people in the office always have their safety and best interest in mind.” At CSCI’s helm, Goldburg has pushed advancements in technology and construction management to the next level, resulting in CSCI enjoying the best possible reputation among employees, partners, customers and industry insiders. This is the blueprint for success at CSCI, and why the company has remained profitable each year since its inception. Success and growth for the company as well as its customers, subcontractors and partners despite a rollercoaster economy is why the most influential builders in the industry continue to return to CSCI project after project.Learn More
At CSCI, we’re one of the oldest shell contractors of our size and capabilities in the state with more than 25 years of experience improving, evolving and perfecting our processes. Old, however, doesn’t mean we’re old-school. In fact, quite the opposite. CSCI employs a state-of-the art estimating and workflow management software system for the fastest, most accurate bidding, production and invoicing in the industry. Our bid accuracy is best in class for minimal waste and errors and spot-on pricing, which ultimately saves our clients greatly on cost, time and frustration. After bid and win, our material takeoffs are transferred into our production software, and each Supervisor analyzes his jobsite via a custom Tablet Application where he can place his orders directly with our vendors. Our Supervisors also verify completion of the work via our App, and we auto-pay our subcontractors. All of this technology enables us to deliver faster, pay faster, and provide best-in-class prices to our customers while delivering with Quality, Speed and Safety.Learn More
