Recently CSCI, one of the preeminent structural shell contractors in Florida, began work for DR Horton at their Walden Place and Walden Square communities in Miami Gardens. The projects includes 182 single family homes and townhomes as well as amenities for both communities. The contract with DR Horton is significant for CSCI as the company continues to reinforce its position as a leading provider of shells in the sunshine state.

The last 12 months have been a significant growth period for CSCI, not only in Southeast Florida but also in Central and Southwest Florida. In addition to Walden for DR Horton, contracts were also recently won with Mattamy in St. Lucie County, Pulte in Lee and Sarasota County and with Lennar in Indian River County . CSCI also expanded its work into the commercial sector winning large contracts in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
Walden Place consists of new minimal maintenance townhomes and Walden Square consists of new beautiful single-family homes, both featuring architecturally designed floorplans and Home Is Connected smart home systems.
