West Palm Beach, Fla. – (June 12, 2020) – CSCI, the preeminent structural shell contractor in Florida, continues to grow its significant Florida footprint with a project start for Kolter Homes in the Panhandle, rounding out the statewide expansion plan. NatureWalk at Watersound Origins is Kolter’s second large-scale development in the region and located between Santa Rosa Beach and Panama City Beach.

“Kolter is a valued partner and CSCI is delighted to work with them on such an exciting project.” said Daniel Goldburg, President of CSCI. “We’ve built a top-notch team in north Florida and we look forward to continued success in the region.”
