West Palm Beach, Fla. – (October 29, 2019) – Recently CSCI, one of the preeminent structural shell contractors in Florida, began providing shell construction for GL Homes’ Lotus community in Boca Raton. The new contract with GL Homes is a big win for CSCI and speaks to the quality the company is known for and consistently delivers to all of its clients. Lotus is a luxury lifestyle community designed to rival any five-star resort. A remarkable contemporary Clubhouse is at the heart of the community with 802 homesites ranging in size from 1,960 to 6,736 square-feet.
“We are extremely pleased with CSCI out here at Lotus” said Dave Richards, Project Manager for GL Homes. “This project is not your typical community. Our homes have a contemporary style with lots of poured concrete elements and CSCI has been able to deliver great quality on schedule.”
“We have a long-standing relationship with GL Homes and appreciate the confidence they have in our work and our team.” said Daniel Goldburg, President of CSCI. “We are having a great year at CSCI and the work at Lotus is just one of the ways our results are reflecting our efforts. Across all divisions and departments of our company our team is working together to be efficient and effective at what we do.”
This year has been a significant growth year for CSCI, not only in Southeast Florida but also in Central and Southwest Florida. In addition to the Lotus community for GL Homes in Palm Beach, CSCI has won contracts with DR Horton in Dade, Palm Beach, Indian River and Collier Counties.
